Leaders & Mentors International seeks to help fill a yawning leadership gap in our society, and provide guidance through coaching in career and life’s endeavours.
People in places of responsibility do not realise that it requires leadership skill sets and leadership competencies to achieve outstanding results.
We therefore seek to show the way, by engaging individuals and organisations and equipping them with the skills and competencies that should enable them achieve sustained improvement in their performance.
We are firm believers in the cliché that the human resource are the most-prized assets of an organisation; and when they are organised in ways that harness their talents and strengths behind a vision or dream, coupled with effective communication and a system of keeping abreast with developments in their industry, there’s very little that organisation cannot achieve. Work would be fun and a far cry from the drudgery and unnecessary stress that majority of workers experience on a daily basis.
We achieve our objectives through one-on-one business coaching sessions with managers, rich engagements with work-teams and organisations that give them an insight into what can be achieved when managers consciously take advantage of proven leadership approaches to work.
Our desire is to see individuals and organisations LEAD WITH PURPOSE AND WIN AS A TEAM!
We engage people, grow them, and unite them behind a vision to achieve outstanding results; they lead with purpose, and they have the fun of a lifetime doing it.
By helping leaders deliver real value through people, we will become a household name in general and business leadership practice in Africa and beyond.
